Service Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 01/03/2026
By registering for tuition with Exodus Talent Academy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are registering a student under the age of 18, you confirm that you are the student’s parent or legal guardian and have full authority to act on their behalf. By completing the registration process, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Registration for tuition is completed through our website or directly with Exodus Talent Academy. Parents/guardians must complete registration forms fully and accurately and notify us promptly of any changes to personal, medical, or contact information. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee a place. Enrolment is subject to availability and confirmation. For clarity, Exodus Talent Academy is a trading name of Phoenix Excellence Academy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 17006029). References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms mean Phoenix Excellence Academy Limited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration at our discretion, including for reasons of behaviour, safeguarding concerns, or incomplete information.
Tuition fees are set out on our website or in individual course communications. Payment must be received in full according to the schedule indicated at registration. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of access to tuition. Fees are reviewed periodically; changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance.
Parents/guardians may cancel enrolment before the first class and are entitled to a full refund minus any administration fees specified at registration. Once tuition has commenced, refunds may only be provided at our discretion. Cancellation must be made in writing to Exodus Talent Academy. Missed classes are not refundable.
Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow tutor instructions at all times. Exodus Talent Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove a student for repeated misbehaviour or actions that endanger themselves or others. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervision before and after classes unless otherwise agreed.
Exodus Talent Academy follows all applicable UK safeguarding guidelines. Any concerns will be handled in accordance with statutory obligations. Parents/guardians must inform tutors of any medical conditions, allergies, or relevant special requirements before enrolment. Exodus Talent Academy is not liable for incidents arising from undisclosed health information or from parental negligence outside tuition times.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exodus Talent Academy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss arising from missed classes, technical issues, or other unforeseen events. Parents/guardians accept that attendance is at their own risk and agree to indemnify Exodus Talent Academy against any claims arising from their child’s negligence or failure to follow instructions.
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
Exodus Talent Academy reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
