Service Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 01/03/2026
By registering for tuition with Exodus Talent Academy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are registering a student under the age of 18, you confirm that you are the student’s parent or legal guardian and have full authority to act on their behalf.
1. Registration and Booking
Registration for tuition is completed through our website or directly with Exodus Talent Academy. Parents/guardians must ensure all registration information is complete and accurate and must notify us promptly of any changes to personal, medical, or contact details. Submission of a registration or booking form does not guarantee a place. All enrolments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration at our discretion, including for reasons of behaviour, safeguarding concerns, payment issues, or incomplete information.
2. Tuition Services
We provide educational tuition services through self-employed tutors. Tuition may be delivered online or in person at an agreed location. Tuition may be provided on an individual or group basis depending on the programme booked. Lesson details, including subject, tutor, fees, and schedule, will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to tutors, lesson times, or delivery arrangements where necessary.
3. Tutors
Our tutors are self-employed professionals engaged to provide tuition services. Tutors are responsible for delivering lessons professionally and appropriately. We may substitute a tutor where necessary due to illness, availability, or other reasonable circumstances.
4. Payments
Tuition fees are set out on our website or in individual course communications. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly tuition fees are payable at the beginning of each month. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel lessons where payment remains outstanding. Continued late payment may result in suspension or termination of tuition services. All fees are stated in GBP (£).
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Parents/guardians may cancel enrolment before the first class and may be entitled to a refund subject to any administration fees specified at registration. Once tuition has commenced, refunds are provided at our discretion unless otherwise required by law. Cancellation must be made in writing. Missed classes or sessions are not refundable. We require at least 30 days’ notice to cancel ongoing tuition arrangements unless otherwise agreed. If we or the tutor cancel a lesson, we will either rearrange the lesson where possible or apply a credit or adjustment to the next invoice.
6. Lesson Attendance
Students are expected to attend lessons on time and be prepared. If a student arrives late, lessons may still finish at the scheduled time.
7. Behaviour and Conduct
We expect students and parents/guardians to behave respectfully towards tutors and staff at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate tuition services immediately where there is abusive or inappropriate behaviour, safeguarding concerns, repeated disruption, or non-payment of fees.
8. Safeguarding
We follow all applicable UK safeguarding guidelines. All tutors are expected to maintain professional standards and appropriate boundaries. Any safeguarding concerns will be handled in accordance with statutory obligations. Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or relevant special requirements before or during enrolment. We are not liable for incidents arising from undisclosed information or parental negligence outside tuition sessions.
9. Online Tuition
For online lessons, students should join from an appropriate environment. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising younger children where appropriate. Lessons must not be recorded, shared, or distributed without prior written permission from all relevant parties.
10. Photographs and Media
From time to time, we may request permission to use photographs, videos, testimonials, or student work for promotional purposes including on our website or social media. We will only do this with appropriate consent from the parent/guardian or adult student. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information is used only for the administration and delivery of tuition services. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
12. Liability
Tuition is intended to support learning but we do not guarantee specific grades, examination results, or academic outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tuition services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or losses arising from missed classes, technical issues, or other unforeseen events. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
13. Changes to Terms or Services
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
